Modes of Purchase


By carrying out an order on EBABY, the Customer must declare to have seen and read the instruction supplied during the purchase process, and to accept the conditions of payment that indicated.  If the client is a customer (namely the person that gains the goods not for on sale professional activity), at the time the order is concluded, the website will invite you to print or to save electric copy and to remember the present general conditions of purchase. 

Ebaby is excludes itself from any form of compensation or responsibility and is will not be held responsible for damages, direct or indirect, provoked from the missed reception, also partial, of an order. 

The customer can purchase the products viewed in the EBABY’s online catalogue and make the order directly at http://www.ebaby.co.uk, on the product information page.  The image viewed on the product information page does not perfectly coincide with its features, but is rather a means to view colour and dimensions. 

The reception of the order will be confirmed from EBABY.uk by automatic e-mail reply, sent to the email address listed on the customer Ebaby account.  This message is intended to inform the customer that the order has been received, if this is not received ebaby advises that you contact the the ebaby staff to make sure your order was successful.

  

The Modes of payment

On EBABY all prices are shown inclusive of tax and are displayed in each product descriptions.

EBABY offers the following methods of payment:

  

Bank Transfer  
By choosing this method of payment you, the customer, will carry out a bank transfer (the information will be automatically supplied at the moment of purchase). Note: the order the will only be sent after we have received the payment, a process which usually takes between 2-5 working days depending on the bank.
     
Credit Card  
Payment will instantaneously debited from the clients credit card. The customer will fill out the appropriate form created by our bank, for the purchase in which you introduce fill in your credit card number and other relevant information, like its expiration date. The credit card payment system is a guaranteed secure system. Not in any moment of the process does EBABY come into contact with any of the relevant information, like credit card numbers or expiry dates etc.
The relevant buyer information is transmitted of a protected connection: SSL (secure socket layer/tsl https protocol) directly to the site of the banking house that manages the transaction. Ebaby will not store any of that information on any computer, and are therefore Ebaby are under no circumstances to be held accountable for any third party fraudulent or wrongful use of credit card.
 
PayPal
This mode of payment consists of using the PayPal credit card system. This service has an additional charge of 3,85%.

 

 
   
  
Delivery

   
EBABY will deliver the products to you by express mail.
  Every package is guaranteed by ebaby.uk against theft or damage.

 

In the case of orders which have some products available for delivery and others which will take longer, the package will be sent when the whole order is ready, in one delivery

 

On our website, the estimated time of delivery is located for each article. 

 

If the product is marked “Available” (i.e. we have in stock in our warehouse) it usually takes around 5-6 working days to ship to the UK. If the product is marked “Available on Ordination”, meaning we do not have it in stock but we can order from our supplier, it could take up to 20 days. If the product is marked as “In Arrival”, the supplier does not have this product, but it is going to arrive shortly, this could take up to 35 days.

 

However, the above mentioned times of delivery are only for indicative purposes, and therefore ebaby.uk has not taken on or agreed to any guarantee in respect of time of delivery. At no point can ebaby be held responsible for fault of delayed delivery.

 

Because of the real eventuality of multiple simultaneous purchases, ebaby.uk reserve the right to have time to receive the order, to verify the availability, and in the rare case, to communicate that there are missing pieces of the order.

 

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during working hours (9am-7pm). The courier does not assemble any of the products. The exact costs of shipping of your order, to your location will be shown during the order process, prior to payment. 

 

IMPORTANT:

When the good have arrived with the courier, we advise our clients to check that:

·         The number of items delivered corresponds with the number of items ordered.

·         The names of the products on the box are the same as those on the invoice.

·         The box has not been tampered with in any way.

Any damages to the box or the product or the missed arrival of boxes, 
should immediately be disputed, and fill out the Reserves Of Control written on the delivery form which is with the courier. Once the courier note has been signed the client will not be able to dispute the exterior features of the package. Ebaby.uk advise for you to tick where it says “Accepted with reserve of control”, in any case.

 

Ebaby.uk is not responsible for packages which aren’t received if you sign off the courier notice or marking accepted without reserve.

With regard to problems, any complaints with the physical package, correspondence or the completeness of the products received, must be stated within 3 days from the date of delivery, timely contacting our customer service (info@ebaby.uk) of any problems, will provide to open a necessary report of damage for the substitution of the goods.
  In order to verify the damage of physical integrity of the products caused from the transportation, all the evidence should be documented by means of photography in digital format, so we can forward it on to the customer service of our courier. 

Safety Of The Products:
All of the products sold on Ebaby.uk conform to the regulations of the European Community and follow the relative rules on product safety. Countries who aren’t members of the European Community (e.g. UK) are able to follow, on some products, the rules of safety. By having carried out the order the customer declares to have read and accepted the rules of the site, the conditions of sale as well as the formal procedure of payment (and shipping) procedures.

 



 
  

Returns 


Directions of Returns:

The primary objective ebaby.uk is to offer the best service and to satisfy our customers needs, prior during and after the completion of the order and relevant delivery of the products. So, in the case of some dissatisfaction, you will be able to return the product and ebaby.uk will repay you the total costs of the order, with exception of the costs of shipping. To make a return, the customer must first notify Ebaby, within 10 days of receiving the goods. Such communication should be sent off via fax to,

After receiving the return note, the EBABY staff will respond by refunding the paid costs of the goods back to you within ten days.

The return is only accepted under the following conditions:

·         The law is applied to the product in its entirety, it is not possible to exercise a refund on one part of the product and keep the others.

·         The law stipulates that the relevant costs of shipping are worn by the customer.

·         The shipping, until received by our warehouse, is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

·         In case of damage during transportation we will contact and notify the client.

·         Ebaby.uk is not responsible in any way for damages, theft or loss of assets returned in insecure shipping’s.

·          At its arrival in our warehouse, the product will be examined and appraised for any damages and tampering to the product, in the case of tampering EBABY are able to refrain from reimbursing a portion of the purchase (no more than 20%) which contribute the costs of restoration.

·         To make eventual expenditures of restoration for damages ascertained to the original preparation, the ebaby.uk will repay the customer the whole amount already paid by refunding on the credit card or by bank transfer, entered 14 days from the return of the goods.  It will be care of the customer supply timely the coordinated bank clerks on which obtain the repayment (Cod.  ABI - CAB - checking Account of the holder of the invoice). 

 

You lose the right to refund if the item is not complete, or is damaged in one of the following ways:

·         There is one, or many, integral or secondary parts of the product missing.

·         If there is anything missing from the box.

·         All articles should reach EBABY whole and in the original unbroken packaging.

·         Under no circumstances will a refund be accepted in the incorrect packaging.

·         Under no circumstances will refunds for Baby Food be accepted
  
  

Request of substitution of an article

The procedure to substitute a product or its component will be fulfilled only in the following circumstances;

·         EBABY wrongly sent a different product from the one ordered. In this case do not open the package just immediately mark mistake.

·         The product acquired from Ebaby was non-functional from the point of delivery.

·         The product does not comprise of some features that are listed on the website.

 

In every one of the above mentioned cases the costs of shipping will be at load of the Ebaby and shipping by express mail will be carried out.

 

Having decided to exercise the order of return or the request of substitution of an article, contact our Service Customers by phone (0039 64543 9236), via fax to the 0039 64543 9236, or via e-mail before organizing the shipping of the return

 

In any case it will be necessary to have available the following documents and data: 

·         Original invoice (indicates the serial number, of invoice, of code customer);

·        Name the bank on which to fulfil the bank transfer (Codes ABI and CAB - checking account of the holder of the invoice); It is important to specify if it is preferred to obtain the repayment of the total amount or the substitution of the article.  
   

Moreover, if you want to send back a product from the Clothing category:

 
- The product must be given to the transporter, in its original box within 10 days (from the receipt date) 
- The product must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
- The label (article name, trademark and size) must always be locked on to the product.
In case of turning back more than an article, a single consignment must be done.  
 
Ebaby reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting the receipt.
If the conditions required are respected, the customer will be able to change article (size or model) or being paid back.
If the customer wants to be paid back, the repayment will be done quickly, in order to limit the damages for the customer.
 
If these conditions are not respected, the return will not be accepted and the customer will be able to keep the products, paying for the delivery price.
If the delivery is refused, Ebaby reserves the right to keep the products and the corresponding aggregate

  

  
  
                                         
   
Guarantee
  


The products sold from Ebaby are beneficially guaranteed from the official guarantee of the producer.
  To maintain the guarantee, the customer will have to: 

 

1. preserve the cover invoice that you receive together with the goods. 

2. send off an e-mail to servizioclienti@ebaby.it documenting the lack of the product with photography in digital format. 

 

Where it does not be present the official guarantee of the producer (ex. carriage, strollers) ebaby guarantees its products for: 

 

2 years: for any technical flaw, which is not caused by misuse of the product. 

6 months: for the materials and the woven of carriage, strollers, etc. 

 

In all of the cases the guarantee is applicable to products that present defects of conformity and/or malfunctionality, and on condition that the same product was used correctly and with the due diligence (in the respect, so, of its destination of use).

 

 The interventions of reparation during the period of guarantee are guaranteed across the Assistance Centers authorized from the productive individuals.  To find the assistance centre more near you, sent off an e-mail to: info@ebaby.it.

 

Ebaby are not responsible for any damages pertaining for eventual delays in the execution of reparations or substitutions. 

 

In case there is no Assistance Centers near you, the Ebaby Customers Service will directly make the substitution of the defective article, without supplementary expenditures for the customer. In the case of which, for any reason, Ebaby is not in a position of to give to the customer a product in guarantee (restored or replaced), Ebaby will be able to precede actual discretion to the return of the whole amount paid or to its substitution with an equal product of features or superior. Products retained defective from the customer are subject to a check from the technical staff of Ebaby will be shown working, the cost will be debited from the technical intervention and the cost of the necessary shippings to the delivery and return of the product. 

   

Privacy

The personal data collected by Ebaby is treated with great care and will not be in any case be given to a third party. We guarantee our customers the greatest respect of the regulations about the treatment of personal data.
