
Delivery
EBABY will deliver the products to you by express mail. Every package is guaranteed by ebaby.co.uk against theft or damage.
In the case of orders which have some products available for delivery and others which will take longer, the package will be sent when the whole order is ready, in one delivery
On our website, the estimated time of delivery is located for each article.
If the product is marked “Available” (i.e. we have in stock in our warehouse) it usually takes around 5-6 working days to ship to the UK. If the product is marked “Available on Ordination”, meaning we do not have it in stock but we can order from our supplier, it could take up to 20 days. If the product is marked as “In Arrival”, the supplier does not have this product, but it is going to arrive shortly, this could take up to 35 days.
However, the above mentioned times of delivery are only for indicative purposes, and therefore ebaby.uk has not taken on or agreed to any guarantee in respect of time of delivery. At no point can ebaby be held responsible for fault of delayed delivery.
Because of the real eventuality of multiple simultaneous purchases, ebaby.co.uk reserve the right to have time to receive the order, to verify the availability, and in the rare case, to communicate that there are missing pieces of the order.
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during working hours (9am-7pm). The courier does not assemble any of the products. The exact costs of shipping of your order, to your location will be shown during the order process, prior to payment.
IMPORTANT:
When the good have arrived with the courier, we advise our clients to check that:
· The number of items delivered corresponds with the number of items ordered.
· The names of the products on the box are the same as those on the invoice.
· The box has not been tampered with in any way.
Any damages to the box or the product or the missed arrival of boxes,
should immediately be disputed, and fill out the Reserves Of Control written on the delivery form which is with the courier. Once the courier note has been signed the client will not be able to dispute the exterior features of the package. Ebaby advise for you to tick where it says “Accepted with reserve of control”, in any case.
Ebaby.co.uk is not responsible for packages which aren’t received if you sign off the courier notice or marking accepted without reserve.
With regard to problems, any complaints with the physical package, correspondence or the completeness of the products received, must be stated within 3 days from the date of delivery, timely contacting our customer service (info@ebaby.co.uk) of any problems, will provide to open a necessary report of damage for the substitution of the goods. In order to verify the damage of physical integrity of the products caused from the transportation, all the evidence should be documented by means of photography in digital format, so we can forward it on to the customer service of our courier.
Safety Of The Products:
All of the products sold on Ebaby.co.uk conform to the regulations of the European Community and follow the relative rules on product safety. Countries who aren’t members of the European Community are able to follow, on some products, the rules of safety. By having carried out the order the customer declares to have read and accepted the rules of the site, the conditions of sale as well as the formal procedure of payment (and shipping) procedures.
